Managed and coached a team of 8 product counsels covering the entire Meta Reality Labs MR and VR product portfolio (Core OS and user experience, Meta Quest app store, Meta Quest Browser, Meta Quest iOS/Android apps, developer tools, integrity systems and social features).Key Projects / Contributions:1) Preteen Account Global Launch: Drove 0-1 pre-teen legal requirements and partnered with 100+ engineers & PMs org-wide to address product/engineering issues and tradeoffs, shipping a new preteen account and experience for Quest devices ahead of schedule in 1 year.2) Trust & Safety: Partnered with engineers, data science, content design and product to design and develop new age enforcement mechanisms to ensure users are using the appropriate account for their age.3) Oculus to FB Account Migration: Key contributor on the cross-functional team (including, product, eng, design, UXR and content design) in developing the user account migration experience to transition users from Oculus to Facebook accounts as the primary account to access the Oculus platform.

Served as product counsel for Quest 1 and Quest 2 VR headsets design, development and launch, and provided legal support to the cross-functional Quest program team, including analyzing and advising on complex privacy, product safety, intellectual property, open source software, compliance, marketing and other legal issuesKey Projects / Contributions:1) Made for Meta Accessories Program: Supported the expansion of the Oculus third party accessories program (including new partner agreements, partner review and product certification process) to support new accessory product categories. Successfully launched and certified third-party facial interfaces, charging dock, Rx lens inserts and other accessories.2) Quest Health & Safety Strategy: Drove end-to-end the development of the product health and safety strategy for Quest 1 and Quest 2 headsets. Directed the creation of an animated VR safety education new user experience, incorporating user-centric design to mitigate risks of injury and promote proper use of VR devices.3) Developer Platform: Provided legal support to the Meta Quest developer ecosystem product and engineering teams, including managing SDK licensing terms and developer policies/terms, advising on the design and development of SDKs, APIs and developer tools.
