Promoting HSE PoliciesConstruction Manager on projects from FEED, Design, Civil, Fabrication, Construction, & Commissioning activities. I am highly self-motivated, capable of working independently of, or as part of a team. I am conversant with computers, setting up formats and keeping records etc. Involved with the GGTN regulations for working within the Russian Federation (Sakhalin Island). Also GOST acts (Kazahstan).Promoting HSE for BP (8 golden rules) & Hess.
