Account Head Of Test
I am accountable for all aspects of Steria test delivery for a leading tier one retailer delivering a range of products and services to customers. This covers a number of services including: Dot com, loyalty card, warehouse, manufacturing and logistics. My direct reports look after portfolios of activity and I have Test Managers and Test Teams (both on and offshore) reporting into them.

Senior Test Manager
Test Integration Delivery manager for Tech Mahindra. This role was to manage a number of customer projects for both MPLS technology worldwide and IVPN. I had full responsibility for the day to day running of the Tech Mahindra Test and Integration team dealing with a number of vendors including BT, Infosys, Accenture and Virtusa. This involved consistently delivering a fluid Test Plan and Strategy reporting into a number of delivery directors.
