Mr. Foss is an alumnus of the Georgia Institute of Technology. He began his career working as a tower engineer in the telecommunications industry. He has also worked as an engineer and project manager for a leading research and development non-profit organization serving the electric power industry. As a structural engineer serving the commercial building market, Mr. Foss has had the opportunity to participate in the design and construction of a wide range of building types, both new construction and renovations, making use of practically every modern building material and various structural framing systems.Mr. Foss founded Erudite Engineers, Inc. in 2008 out of a strong desire to establish a firm that could offer its clients the knowledge of true experts in the field of structural engineering. As President and Principal Engineer of Erudite Engineers, Inc., Mr. Foss specializes in the analysis and design of buildings utilizing steel, composite steel, concrete, post-tensioned concrete, masonry, and wood construction materials. His relentless devotion to quality is reflected in the elegance and innovation of our designs and in the completeness of our construction drawings.
