Ernex, the Gift and Loyalty division of Moneris Solutions Corp, provided merchants with both gift and loyalty card solutions managed in real-time at the merchant POS. Additional services included the management of large loyalty based credit card programs and fulfillment services including giftcertificates.ca.

RBC acquired Ernex in a go private transaction from the Vancouver Exchange (original IPO occurred in 1994). Ernex was formed as a high technology startup in 1990 and became a Canadian leader in real-time electronic marketing programs.

SFU Childcare society is one of the largest non-profit childcare societies in British Columbia providing childcare for over 200 children from infant to school age. Was treasurer and subsequently chair of the society. Society had full time office staff (Director, others) and caregiving staff.Complex society issues included labour negotiations, government relations, university relations, parent, and of course children issues.
