As a Experienced Consultant, I further ingrained myself in the Energy & Utilities practice and understanding while gaining leadership skills both on client engagements and internally. Accomplishments & Highlights- Served as workstream manager for eastern utility on PMO responsible for fiber-optic and LTE installation and construction of fiber to gas sites across territory to save utility O&M costs; managing 5-7 construction and engineering vendors- Supported analysis and development of strategy for limited-income customers for midwestern electric utility to identify gaps in equity and affordability; servicing in executive-level presentations and workshops- Served as workstream lead to develop fiber deployment strategy for 10+ year program at midwestern utility; conducting process discovery, stakeholder interviews, and development of project schedule tools- Founded and led National Initiative for Black Employee Network Employee Resource Group - Led new hire onboarding activities for Energy & Utilities practice- Supported campus recruiting efforts; including those related to Inclusion & Diversity such as diverse recruiting conferences- Led and facilitated practice Knowledge Transfer Sessions around new industry offering- Served as Undergrad Intern Coach, Grad Intern Coach and New Hire Career Coach- Published in April 2020 Wiley Climate & Energy Journal- Supported business development efforts and RFPs for budding offers and engagements

As a Consultant, I gained exposure to utility business cases and assessments focused on telecom roadmapping and developing vast initiatives to support the merging and consolidation of two operations center.
