Part of management buy-in team that transformed a niche Bermuda based hedge fund administrator to a global business across 9 jurisdictions. Primary responsibilty for M&A, integration and establishing the finance and HR functions to support a five fold growth in revenues. Realised significant cost synergies and improvements in working capital that were key drivers to its exit.
