I am a skilled coach and business planner and am committed to assisting anyone that I work with to achieve their business goals to deliver their mission. With ongoing pressure on funding in the charity and social enterprise sector, I am able to offer objectivity to sometimes very subjective and emotive scenarios. I am Chair of The Training Cave social enterprise, which is a Boxing gym based in Birstall. We work with young people disengaged with normal education and provide health and fitness sessions to schools.I am an Ambassador for The Sporting Memories Network, a charity that works with older members of the community to bring them together provoke conversations, memories and friendships, using sport as a catalyst. RBC also work closely with Lighthouse Futures Trust to provide self employment guidance to young people with learning difficulties. All views are my own..
