With a combined 32 years in the workforce, I've developed the skills to quickly integrate to any work environment. A team player with strong motivational and team building abilities. Trustworthy, passionate, timely, and hard-working. I've spent the last 7 years in the auto industry in an internet sales position. I've honed my skills as a closer and have learned how to assess the needs of my clients to assist in making the best decision. I'm never forceful, but I always find a way to make things work for everyone in a patient, yet guiding manner. Skills included learning to be proficient with Eleads CRM system, phone follow ups in a timely manner, multi-tasking, overcoming objections, self discipline, internet content creation to raise visibility, and product knowledge. I've received several employee of the month accolades and was given the Nissan Award Of Excellence.In the previous 25 years, I spent time working at several restaurants in several roles leading to my position as a corporate trainer and Front of House manager for the Melting Pot and First Watch breakfast restaurants. Skills necessary included; labor management, inventory control, event coordination, profit and loss accounting, payroll, hiring practices, training and team building to mention just a few. It is my opinion that combining my years developing a strong customer service focus with the time I've been in sales, I'm a perfect fit for almost any company.
