Originally I was employed as a Sales Engineer responsible for general component sales into OEM's, End Users and Panel builders. As well as direct sales I had responsibility for three distribution outlets. From July 1999 I began to specialise as a Vision and Measurement Field Application Engineer responsible for sales and support throughout the Northern area of industrial vision systems which ranged from simple intelligent cameras to multi-camera pc based systems. The laser measurement experience includes high resolution distance measurement devices and profiling systems.

Responsible for direct and distribution sales and support of Baumer's full product portfolio including Inductive, capacitive, photo-electric, ultrasonic and laser sensors throughout the Northern area.

Sales of Motor control gear and general electrical items throughout the Manchester area.
