As well as leading member-facing teams through several periods of change at the CBI, I have reinvigorated a number of the CBI’s key relationships and improved its revenues and profitability. Currently responsible for maintaining and generating 50% of CBI annual revenues.My success with the CBI has been built on strong commercial acumen, clear strategic thinking, business planning and the development and motivation of colleagues. My role involves influencing and engaging a range of stakeholders across business and policy makers, achieved by public presentations, media and effective relationship building at all levels.Part of the London & South Senior Leadership Team, my current responsibilities are to lead the membership team working across London and the South East and through direct communication with CBI management board, drive and instil the policy of cultural and systemic change.
