Papua New Guinea

Initially to be based in the Singapore & Brisbane CB&I offices, for a period prior to going to the PNG Project Site.(Client – Exxon Mobil) writing Mechanical Procedures & Method Statements plus reviewing Vendor Manuals, Spare Parts, meetings, etc..Then based in PNG to Commission all the process equipment, plus on-site monitoring of the Construction phase including Preservation requirements of a Gas Conditioning Plant at Hides in the highlands of Papua New Guinea. The work scope includes system cleaning, oil flushing, etc. following Vendor guidelines. The equipment to be Commissioned includes Compressors, Gas Turbines, Pumps, Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Towers, etc. following Project Procedures, Specifications and Vendor Manuals. Attended Business Meetings at Perth, Australia & Papua New Guinea & also Italy to "string test" Major Plant Equipment at the Manufacturers Facilities of GE / Nouvo Pignone.

Peru

On site Mechanical Commissioning of all the process equipment including a 6 month Maintenance phase, plus on-site monitoring of the Construction phase including Preservation requirements of a LNG Gas Plant at Pampa Melchorita in Peru, South America.. Including System cleaning, flushing, etc. following Vendor guidelines. Writing Mechanical Procedures & Method Statements. Reviewing & approving Vendor Manuals, plus using WINPCS to control all installation work. The equipment Commissioned included Gas Compressors, Turbines, Pumps, Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Towers, etc. following Project Procedures, Specifications and Vendor Manuals. Attended some Manufacturers Facilities in Mexico/Flowserve and Houston/Fisher pumps to witness FAT’s and to discuss trouble shooting issues. Initially based in the London CB&I office for a period, prior to going to the Peru Project Site.(Client – PLNG)
