I am a reliable, punctual, and honest individual who has experience of working in admin and retail. These roles have enabled me to develop strong skills such in teamwork, working on my own initiative, customer service and administration. I am adept in using the full Microsoft suite and excel in using word as well as other company specific software. I have strong organisation skills and efficient at managing workload and meeting deadlines. An example of this would be that I am flexible and adaptable as I can perform my duties required as a front-line Customer Service Representative and I am also able to access the IT systems and update the store financial and customer database also entering customer details onto in house computer system and printing out paperwork for filing away specific folders. I developed my customer service skills and am now very experienced in dealing with members of the public, providing advice on products, and explaining the financial process and commission rates to customers both face to face and over the phone. Outside of work I also volunteered at Far place charity shop which has continued develop my skills in a retail environment particularly in customer service.
