• Provides direct weekly supervision to the Community Clinical Coordinator, the Family Engagement Specialist, the Youth Service Coordinators and the Administrative Support Staff • Participates in weekly client reviews and regularly in District Office team meetings • Conducts weekly visits to all District Offices • Provides oversight of the effective implementation of community-based initiatives in the Region as directed by DYS • Responsible for the coordination of all physical plant and vehicle-specific maintenance and repair • Responsible for monitoring the District Office and Regional Office budgets • Responsible for reviewing a monthly Community Services Network spending Report • Provides oversight of JJEMS entries made by RYI-CNS staff • Ensures timely submission of all reports required of the Community Clinical Coordinator, the Family Engagement Specialist, the Youth Service Coordinators and the Administrative Support Staff • Responsible for providing quarterly staffing and background check report for all RYI-CSN staff • Responsible for providing quarterly Weekend Operations Status updates • Responsible for developing a staffing plan should staff vacancies arise • Meet monthly with the Community Clinical Coordinator, Family Engagement Specialist, DYS Regional Clinical Coordinator and DYS Regional Director of Community Services • Meets monthly with the DYS Regional Director of Community Services • Meets at least quarterly with the Youth Service Coordinators team; provides individual supervision weekly • Attends the region-wide District Managers meeting • Attends quarterly Provider Contract Provider meetings. • Work with the DYS District Managers to provide operation supervision to the Youth Service Coordinators and Clerical Support Staff • Maintain the agency’s client database and regularly review the staff’s input of data • Organize special events for clients and their family members

• Work in partnership with Massachusetts Department of Youth Services (DYS)• Assist DYS Casework Staff in ensuring family engagement during community placement and, when appropriate, provides time specific, direct family contact for reducing revocation events.• Assist DYS Caseworkers in how to effectively engage families, providing feedback regarding their own observations in examining the family and informing DYS Caseworkers of skills and techniques they can adopt and incorporate when working with families, generally and specifically.• Is knowledgeable of and provides active support of Caseworkers for youth receiving services under the Commonwealth’s Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative.• Participates in DYS Regional Team planning meetings. Participates in each Community Supervision/Casework Team’s Weekly Meeting.• Provides assistance to family members when determined to be appropriate by DYS Regional Team. • Facilitate family support group curriculum, i.e. Parenting Journey, Parent Time, & Parent Cafe. Certified facilitator in Parenting Journey curriculum. • Supervise Parent Partners who assist in facilitation of Parent Cafes.
