Currently an Associate in the Digital Process team, under the Institutional Banking Group and Future Ready Technology and Operations umbrella. Projects I am involved in revolve around developing automation solutions to minimise time and operational labour in processing customers' requests. A large focus is on Credit and Unlicensed Lending products (cards onboarding and servicing), to receive, evaluate, and communicate to different external host systems.Additionally, I have also developed internal tools for the team such as custom report generation from Atlassian products, and bulk processing scripts to reduce tedious code language formatting and prevent human error that may create potential failures.In my capacity as the more technically-inclined person within the team, I aim to provide a design viewpoint that maximises standardisation, code maintainability, and reduced complexity. Alongside, designing and developing projects, quality documentation is also a priority for me, serving to record and convey the interfaces to intracompany teams, as well as clarify the solution should the development be reassigned.I believe in being technically flexible to support the team's shortcomings. Since joining, I have picked up various CI/CD tools, and have been often tasked with creating or resolving deployment pipelines for my teams and others.In my role, I have and hope to continually grow as an engineer and analyst congruently, to support the capitalisation of technology in minimising human labour and errors.

8 months internship, compulsory and graded as part of the curriculum of the degree programme.Developed ETL algorithms for understanding, profiling, and generating medical information to optimise workflows of hospitals' radiology departments. DICOM and Structured Report files and images have complex nested sequences formats that required customised extraction and normalisation algorithms. Experimented with Google Tessaract Optical Character Recognition engine to also apply the ETL engine to medical information stored as images.Established several automation scripts to improve the workflow and efficiency of the team, reducing many mundane yet critical tasks to a simple command. Cooperated well in a small team of 4 (1 supervisor, 1 data scientist, 1 software engineer, and myself), frequently providing support through experimental implementations to solve novel problems. This experience also provided me with a rich understanding of working in development teams and technologies, such as Continuous Integration, industry Git workflows, and Agile Methodologies.

Enlisted in November 2016, and served until August 2018 (disrupted).Resumption completed between April 2019 to July 2019. Served as the Medic for TransCom, in the TransCom Training Unit. Oversaw all safety management for training activities year-round as the highest qualified medical staff in the unit. Managed the training funds for the unit and administration processing for training activities in a small team of Full-Time National Service Policemen (PNSFs), and built rapport with staff in other Home Team units through effective liaising and planning.Design collaterals for the TransCom 10th Anniversary in October 2019.Received Outstanding as the Operational Ready Date grading.

Digital Marketing Intern, a 6-month internship as part of the Diploma in International Business, Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Subsequently extended service for 2 months. Worked together with a small team of highly equipped digital marketing specialists in the SME agency, managing the social media platforms, e-commerce, and search engine marketing for clients including Watsons Singapore and Pfizer Singapore. Directly liaise with clients to independently manage routine duties and ensure client satisfaction.Developed creative and digital design skills to assist the Creative Design Department with ad hoc assignments, creating faster turnaround times for clients.Achieved grade A for the internship module, with astounding work supervisor reviews.
