Building on the success of our predecessors, Mansfield Medical Co-operative, CNCS has continued to develop whilst maintaining a strong reputation for providing quality healthcare. Since our inauguration, we have developed from an Out of Hours service into a highly respected 24/7 Urgent Care Provider.

PRINCE 2 Practitioner, developing and integrating new contracts into business as usual.Led a team managing the complete transition of 48 new Occupational Health (OH) contracts into the business to time and budget. Personally, successfully transitioned 13 new contracts ranging from £210,000 to £15 million, involving institutions such as BP, Rolls Royce, Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Justice. Managed the whole spectrum of new business integration through to the first month of delivery of the services from customer meetings, IT development, new product creation, TUPE, business processing, invoicing, performance measurement and contract renegotiation.

Developing Occupational Health contracts for the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP), HMPS and DefraBuilt excellent relationships with client representatives from each of the business areas through regular attendance at national and local meetings UK wide to resolve issues and build rapport with the customers. As part of the National Suppliers Forum, I played an active part in building the relationship between third party suppliers for the DWP resulting in customer satisfaction improving from 53% in Nov 05 to 74% in August 06.Produced a company infectious diseases process that successfully dealt with the Avian Flu outbreak of May 2006 in Norfolk which was commended by Defra and is still in place and used today.

Full accountability in the Midlands and West Region for Occupational Health within the OH budget circa £14 million. Direct line management of one Regional Consultant Occupational Physician, 11 Occupational Health Advisers, 4 Workplace Councillors and one Occupational Therapist
