My role as Manager, Workforce and Performance Reporting focused on the strategic HR reporting activities within the University of Adelaide, and entailed in-depth analysis of the University’s workforce, and workplace gender, including gender and remuneration equity analysis. During this time, I created the initial pay equity framework to justify the veracity of the University's compensation system. The intention was to ensure the system is working as intended, and is influenced by factors such as position type, qualifications, experience, and location, and not by factors such as gender and diversity.

The Manager, Workforce Information and Systems role was a full time position within the Human Resources Branch, University of Adelaide. The role encompassed providing information, support, and advice to various HR functions including activities associated with the provision of data and information relating to workforce planning and supporting the systems and applications utilised by shared services administration teams such as recruitment, service centre, contracts administration, and payroll services.
