As AMEC QA/QC Manager, I was responsible for setting up and developing with Worley Parsons, consultant engineers, a fully traceable QA/QC management system inline with the “Statoil” off shore “PIMS” - project information management system, for all new build civil/structural/mechanical and electrical works. This involved work to achieve critical path milestones, review/updating and submission of ongoing QA/QC documentation to allow uninterrupted progress of the above works through to completion and handover to the client. During this period, I was responsible for a core QA/QC team of 5 members which extended to 17 with site operations. This project valued £32M of a £5.5B project. Show less
