I’ve been working in clinical research for the past 8 years. I’ve worked as a research associate, clinical research coordinator and currently as an In-house CRA. I have a Bachelor of Science in public health and worked in research since 2016. I’ve worked with many different medical products relating to prostate, renal and bladder cancers, tuberculosis, diabetes, weight loss, flu, and RSV prevention. As a clinical research coordinator, I had the opportunity to learn very detail-oriented protocols detailing the guidelines of the trial and the investigational products involved. As the coordinator, I followed the protocol mandated procedures and successfully described and orated the details of the medical/investigational products involved. As a research coordinator, I entered of all patient data via databases and timelines of when specific patient assessments were due for completion.In my current position as an In-house clinical research associate, I now work with various clinical research coordinators throughout the United States to follow up with assigned clinical research sites to ensure timely resolution of any assigned site management tasks (e.g., e-diary follow-ups, lab sample tracking, etc.)
