After spending my whole working career in hospitality, from chef to trainee manager with De Vere Hotels, specialising in front office. I worked in 4 & 5 star hotels throughout the country cumulating 17 years ago when I gained the GM position in A central London Multi-branded national hotel group. After two years I was offered and accepted the position of Group Director of Operations with in the same company where I managed 7 hotels allowing me to use and develop my talents in design and project management when all hotels were rebranded and fully refurbished to a very high standard in brands such as Hotel Indigo via IHG, Mercure Hotels via Accor and Quality Hotels with Choice. Due to personal reasons, I moved away from hospitality and moved into recruitment also within central London. Supplying quality trained casual personnel to London's top elite hotels I subsequently left this recruitment directorship and position mid September to spend more quality time developing and growing my own business which I created earlier this year.
