I have been interested in building and creating for a long time and that combined with my love for technology pushed me to enter the field of IT. I have had so many doors open to allow me to pursue my passion for learning and technology that I can honestly say I enjoy this industry.Although experience wise I am lacking, I did complete an internship at WatchGuard Technologies over a course of six months as a Service Desk analyst overseeing the assets and day to day functions of 700+ employees internationally. As an intern I was able to quickly learn the functions and responsibilities of my position in no time allowing for me to become a valuable part of the IT operations and service desk team. While at WatchGuard I was able to learn about different aspects of industry teamwork and experience while having my eyes opened to the many different roles involved in the field.My current goal is to pursue this passion and turn it into a fulfilling career either in Systems Administration, Systems Engineering, or Information Security.
