I discovered a collection of startups within the market who shared a particular set of needs and developed a network of services around them. As I learned more about the industry I was able to consult these companies on how to set up and successfully grow their businesses; an extremely rewarding experience. -

The most valuable lesson I learned however was the level of hustle needed to be successful in outside sales. Unfortunately I learned this lesson too late and got let go.
