Reviewed and restructured the overall BMS governance and management arrangements resulting in a streamlined programme and the creation of new user groups to meet emerging requirements. Successfully completed a strategic review of the Departmental BMS application leading to increased user engagement, improved user experience, and better business efficiency and delivery.
