I am an experienced generalist Manager and Quality Assurance Professional who enjoys meeting new challenges and making improvements to business activity through the implementation of documented procedures and staff buy in and support. Following an internal restructure my title has change to Business Analyst working in the ICT Dept supporting the implementation of new/replacement IT systems.I have project managed a large number of difficult and complex change programmes and guided staff and organisations in their successful implementation, identifying and achieving both improvements in service and financial savings. I have also assisted clients with assessments of their performance against contractual requirements; preparation of tender documents and recruitment of key staff.I have extensive experience of management in all aspects of administration including financial and record keeping and hold a Health and Safety Qualification from the UK. .I hold the Certificate in Quality Assurance from the NZ organisation for Quality with distinction and am a registered quality manager with that organisation. I have recently studied papers from the Masters in Quality Systems on a correspondence basis with Massey UniversitySpecialities : Systems and Procedures Design; Staff Management; internal audits; tender preparation; assessment of compliance with contract/legal requirements;general administration
