Scope of position included but was not limited to: preparing and presenting expert witness testimony before the Illinois Commerce Commission; providing statistical and interpretative analysis of rate design, utility programs and State laws; monitoring all relevant dockets before the Commission; analysis and review of proposed state legislation; continually providing upper management with updates of utility activities within Illinois and across the country; providing tariff and rate policy support to other areas of the Company such as marketing, engineering, accounting and billing; and creating a collaborative culture focused on achievement, best practices and continuous improvement.
