• Manage business development, establishing new client relationships and maintain relationships with existing clients;• Manage all aspects of Ochre Recruitment quality management system to ensure a high-standard service is delivered to clients and doctors;• Develop and improve Ochre Recruitment's Ochre’s operational efficiency through resource planning, project implementation and process improvement;• Manage all aspects of compliance and business improvement in line with ISO 9001-2008, RCSA SDS:2010 and NSW Health Locum standards;• Deliver internal training and development for new and exisiting staff;• Prepare and submit appropriate medical recruitment submit tenders;• Coordinate and conduct internal audits, providing staff with feedback and coaching and reporting results.

• Responsible for leading change across HR Services within the Southern Tasmania region;• Facilitate, negotiate, influence and engage stakeholders at a range of levels throughout the organisation to effect change;• Develop and implement appropriate communications and marketing strategies tosupport change management;• Integration of effective change management and communication principles into project planning;

• Manage project and campaign implementation on behalf of contact centres with specialisation in stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, risk management, post-implementation review, and handover to relevant business owners;• Change Management lead in the implementation of business-critical initiatives including deployment of Vodafone’s Direct Sales channel, automation of sales fulfilment to customers and a major CRM system integration project;• Project lead for two successful operations transitions between interstate and overseas sites;• Implementation of a number of procedural and system improvements to help reduce operational expenditure and increase resource efficiencies. An overall cost transformation in excess of an estimated $5 million (AUD) over three years (2008 to 2010);• Design and deployment of a number of successful customer loyalty and retention campaigns;• Management of Service Delivery/Change Management Team for extended periods, including all aspects of resource management, performance tracking and reporting.
