About Malcolm Ryan
I'm Course Director for the Game Design and Development program at Macquarie University where I lead a team of academics teaching and doing research in games. My own research examines ethical decision-making in games, drawing on moral psychology to understand how we make ethical choices and how games can be designed to be more ethically engaging. I also lead the MQ Serious Games Research Network and have recently established a Games Research Laboratory to conduct user experience research into serious games.
