The programme reduced the customers mobile network operations team head count by optimising and automating many network management and field engineering operational processes. This extensive programme involved business processes optimisation; implementing and integrating Ericsson and third-party automation, robotic (RPA), deep learning, data analytic and reporting systems. • A strategically important 3 year, £7M programme to consolidate and replace several legacy inventory/asset management systems and radio planning systems for a tier one UK mobile operator.• A £2M programme to modernise and extend the BT optical transmission network, delivering enhanced functionality whilst reducing the amount of equipment, power and space required• A two-year £3M project to fully rearchitect the BT Global Services international fixed line voice system enabling enhanced functionality and resilience across 59 countriesAchievements: On the digital transformation programme, achieved savings of £1.7m per year through a headcount reduction of 20% (88 FTE) • The BT Global Services project re-engineered the entire network whilst maintaining high network performance and customer satisfaction. BT optical transmission network significant network improvement and customer cost reduction.
