I had broad responsibilities to manage and adapt all aspects of the operational platform supporting a growing and evolving investment management business in an environment of changing investor expectations and regulatory landscape and through challenging market conditions. Everest Capital grew to manage in excess of US$3bn and operated out of multiple offices across the world.My tenure at Everest Capital speaks to my loyalty and commitment to the firm and my colleagues and to their trust in my ability to successfully manage and adapt all aspects of the operational infrastructure supporting an expanding and evolving fund management business.

I was recruited in Bermuda with a mandate to build and manage the operational platform of a young, rapidly expanding investment management business located at the time entirely in Bermuda. The business operations later expanded to encompass other locations.I subsequently moved to the US and managed the transition and consolidation of operations to the continuing locations.

Following a successful period with GAM in the Isle of Man I was offered the position of CFO of the group holding company located in Bermuda.As CFO, I consolidated the financial reporting from the geographically dispersed operation companies and presented management reporting to the executive board. I developed operational performance indicators and worked on project to implement new global accounting platform.

I was recruited in the Isle of Man to develop an internal audit function to review GAM's fund administration operations that were, at the time, principally located there and later expanded to Dublin.Following a successful period in the Isle of Man, I relocated with the firm to a new role in Bermuda.
