I’m a highly skilled site manager with a wealth of experience in Commercial, Retail, Leisure and Educational projects ranging in value from £500k - £3.5 million.Many of the projects I’ve overseen have been extremely fast paced in locations across the UK and a mixture of live and new build sites.Due to having worked up from a tradesman myself I have an eye for detail and understand what’s expected from the client. I accept only excellent standards from all trades on site and their health and safety as well as the documentation under my control.I aim to ensure any project is delivered as desired and within the permitted timescales. I’ll always strive to ensure projects are kept within budget, issues are quickly overcome and communicated to all stakeholders.As the industry changes on a daily basis I understand the need to keep up with evolving practices, procedures and legislation. I continually look to increase my educational level which is demonstrated in both my Level 5 in Occupational H&S and Level 6 Construction Site Management.
