Over three years, I participated in three successful transactions from pitch to closing. My responsibilities included initial company valuation, sales memorandum preparation, marketing, final contract negotiation, and deal closure.

Served as the combat operations coordinator for fourteen subordinate Special Forces units as well as other U.S. Special Operation Forces and multinational coalition forces. Synchronized operational and logistical support as well as the command and control of forward-deployed units.Commanded a 12 man Special Forces detachment on combat operations in Afghanistan and Iraq supporting national strategic objectives. Ensured the team was prepared to conduct Special Operations in the detachment’s primary area of responsibility, Africa, and our secondary area, the Middle East.Served as second-in-command of an airborne infantry company of 90 paratroopers and as commander of two separate airborne infantry platoons consisting of 18 and 36 soldiers. Coordinated for all daily training and operations in order to maintain combat readiness and proficiency.
