I assist with coordinating team travel, coordinate home post-game meals and serve as video operator. I also breakdown team and opponent game film. I serve as the men's practice players coordinator and visiting team liaison, furthermore, I coordinate all visiting team practice and shoot-around practice times. I also assisted with the 2013 WOMEN'S NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS. Prior to the start of the season, I was tasked with creating the visiting team guide, which includes creating the cover using photoshop, and organizing all the full serve restaurants and hotels. I also assisted with coordinating the Texas A&M Women's Basketball Tournament,in which I communicated with all participating teams and coordinated practice times for all teams. I was in charge of providing game footage for all participating teams. I also was in charge of sponsorship for the basketball tournament, earning over 3,000 dollars in operating funds.

This basketball academy is set up to give the youth of the Brazos Valley community an affordable opportunity to attend basketball camp, and to provide them a chance to learn from former collegiate players and successful high school coaches. As the Director of Operations, I coordinate all events, sponsorships,and financial and marketing activities. In the first year of operation we were able to gain sponsorship to provide free admission for several campers.
