Conducting research on a range of policy issues pertaining to food loss, such as supply management policy, fair farmgate pricing strategies, and international agriculture and trade policy.Drafting and delivering memos, issue briefs, and proposals that elucidate critical policy matters within the agri-food policy domain to our research partners within the RECIPE network. This effort is aimed at generating more comprehensive policy recommendations.Collaborating closely with academics and agri-food policy experts to co-author a peer-reviewed article intended for publication in a prominent open-access academic journal.
