Transitioning from a career path rooted in emergency medical services, I discovered my passion for software engineering upon returning to California after several years in South America. Originally drawn to computer science, I briefly pursued firefighting before realizing my true calling. With hands-on experience from working on an ambulance, I found that problem-solving skills were transferable to coding.
