I was responsible for organizing customer workshops across Canada focused on educating and training customers, as well as promoting the adoption of Microsoft's database, data warehousing and business intelligence products. I worked with Microsoft partners, external agencies and many internal stakeholders to plan and execute workshop targeting, communications and logistics. I was also responsible for organizing the Canadian Biz Talk Roadshow.

I worked as a part of the strategy team where using web analytics and social media monitoring tools I created reports for clients. I also worked with my peers in creating larger social media and web analytics reports that analyzed key marketing events across social media platforms. I also did research and analysis to help with the creation of client pitches.Much of my work involved explaining to clients how their brands were performing on social media and helping them to understand the stories consumers were telling about them.I used and trained people on social media monitoring software like Radian6, and used other related platforms for social and web analytics like Sysomos, Scoutlabs, Google Analytics, and Webtrends.
