The role was a challenging combination of strategic and operational management which resulted in over 650 trainees being deployed to over 125 local authorities. Achievements Managed the deployment, induction and training of over 600 trainees over 8 years with a 2 year post programme retention rate of 85%  Successfully managed a range of internal and external stakeholders to secure programme funding, create lines of communication and manage differing regional and local expectations.  Led marketing campaigns which placed the programme within the top 50 of the “Times Top 100” graduate employers each year since 2003 reaching a peak of 23 in 2008.
