Continued development work for real device cloud testing platform after Sauce Labs acquired TestObject. Led Sauce Connect project for seamless remote device testing via a local HTTP proxy, and integrated the entire real device product into Sauce Labs' React UI. Took on mentoring of junior team members and helped design the agile process that works for our Berlin teams.

Responsible for development process from coding to deployment and monitoring. Largely focussed on building on top of and refactoring an existing Java product, I assisted the move from a manually deployed untested monolithic app to half a dozen independent services with thousands of unit tests, and personally led a comprehensive end-to-end release validation project.

Initially documented support tools and created the internal wiki, later specialised towards network troubleshooting and training. Direct contact with the customer base gave me a strong sense of user needs and the importance of user experience when developing quality products.
