Working with H&B as an independent space planning and format consultant I led work to review macro and micro space, merchandising and stock and to design and implement a fully optimised refit for one store which demonstrated future principles and fully remerchandised planograms. We succeeded in reducing macro space and stock, improving customer journeys and increasing total sales.
