My position at KWBU, the NPR station for Waco, Texas is comprised of two parts.The first is that of On Air Host. Weekdays between 4pm and 6pm I am the anchor for 'All Things Considered.' My main responsibilities include connecting with listeners, promoting upcoming segments within the show, scheduled programs throughout the evening and week, and station based community events.The second part of my position is that of Operations Assistant. My main responsibilities include scheduling, producing, and engineering local programs. Editing and conducting post production work for local programs. Producing on air promotions for local content and listener testimonials. Voicing on-air promotions for weekly and daily NPR programs. Creating promotional graphics for the stations website and social media channels along with web posts for local content.

In May 2020, I set up and began producing the podcast 'Dimed Out'. Dimed Out is a weekly show that covers a wide range of topics but primarily deals with culture and society, lifestyle and mental health. Most of the material is cultivated from interviews with guests, but there have been a number of episodes based on particular subjects/topics that have been researched and presented solely by myself. Outside of researching and presenting, I also edit, mix and distribute the podcast. I also handle the podcasts web presence. In particular hosting, its website and all social media attributed to the show. This includes creating the copy and optimising the SEO for each episode and social media post. I also oversee all aspects of branding for the podcast too. From logos, banners and other promotional material to the cover art used for each individual episode.

Upon receiving recorded videos in their whole, untouched, original state, my job is to clean up any visual or audible errors, remove non-pertinent material and cut the original file into chapters before uploading to the companies website.

My role at Peter Tyson's between 2016 and 2019 was that of assistant web developer. When I first joined the company I helped create a number of pages for their new website using the e-commerce platform Magento. When the site was launched my main responsibilities were to create new pages for products, make changes to existing pages and oversee manufacturer refurbished goods that were sold exclusively online. All three of these primary tasks demanded that I create and edit engaging content to promote the products being sold, provide accurate information in regards technical specifications, source additional media and edit images to fit set guidelines. Zinemoloko was a website which concentrated primarily on the medium of film. It specialised in reviews, written articles, video essays and podcasts. I was the creator and chief editor of the site from 2016 to 2019 and was responsible for its content, design, branding, maintenance, management and promotion. The latter was mainly pursued through the use of social media and SEO.

For a period of three years I worked as a content writer and chief album reviewer at The Wild Honey Pie.My main responsibilities included sourcing musical acts to feature and to create engaging content for the website. This was occasionally done through the creation of specific articles, but was mainly manifested through album reviews. The latter often saw me liaise with record companies PR teams and independent artists.All content was set to particular guidelines and promoted via SEO practices and social media.

At my time working for Screen Invasion I presented, produced and published a couple of podcasts which dealt with movies, musics, comic books, videogames and various other elements of contemporary and pop culture.As a Content Writer at Screen Invasion I typically reported on current music news. I also produced and published album reviews for a variety of new releases.
