SiteStream provide an operational management system for housebuilders which covers all areas of development from land appraisal to customer care. I was responsible for all Sales and Marketing activities, promotions, presentations, proposals and contract negotiations.I led the company re-branding and highly succesful product launch of SiteStream in 2002 and secured many top tier housebuilder clients. I also established strong affiliations with industry and professional bodies, authored articles for industry journals and spoke at many industry conferences.

As a Director and latterly Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee I was influential in establishing a new and more effective management structure within the Club together with new business procedures which contributed to improved business performance. I also led the introduction of a new website and enhanced communications with Club Members.
