As a qualified mediator and the author of "Boost your team's productivity by reducing workplace conflict," I've honed my ability to navigate intricate dynamics and facilitate positive change.In a proactive stride towards advising homeowners how they can upgrade their homes to become more energy efficient, I've recently embarked on further education via a Certificate IV in Home Energy Efficiency and Sustainability, specializing in Home Sustainability Assessments. The which will culminate in my becoming a nationally recognized scorecard assessor. Equipped with this qualification, I am poised to evaluate residential homes on their energy efficiency, contributing to the imperative shift towards sustainability while helping homeowners save money.My vision extends beyond the horizon of current roles, as I aspire to transition into the sustainability sector. My goal is to establish myself as a distinguished energy efficiency scorecard assessor, focusing on the South East Melbourne area. This new chapter aligns seamlessly with my passion for positive change and commitment to creating a greener, more sustainable future for our communities.
