I attained Partner level in 1987 and became Managing Director in May 1997.Qualified in all disciplines and aspects of project management, cost control and quantity surveying, I have had undertaken many hands-on project management roles in schemes up to £15M and am experienced in contract procurement and acting as Employers Agent.My specialisms include handling difficult projects, undertaking post project audits, negotiating landlord and tenant responsibilities (shell matters), and rolling out intensive and challenging development programmes.We have a dedicated, enthusiastic and balanced team at W. Hiles Partnership working across a wide range of sectors.
