Responsible for soldier’s attendance, safety, productivity and operator training during entire new equipment training cycle.• Implemented critical technical training to over 1,500 soldiers on situational awareness, Blue Force Tracker software (ABCS), digital map sets (FBCB2), AFATDS, and all digital communication equipment, with a 100% passing rate.• Supervised weekly maintenance of 9 Company units equipment to ensure 100% readiness of all equipment during 90 day POI on a consistent basis.• Assured power point presentations during classroom environment for more than 120 soldiers on a weekly basis were properly executed in a precise and professional manner. • Coordinated and facilitated all units in the planning, execution of all Gunnery tables with a 95% first time qualification rating for 6 Brigades in a one year period

Responsible for all contract instructors, attendance, safety and yearly certifications are current and up to date with DOD and New Equipment Training Team standards.• Developed and coordinated all training for over 150 soldiers monthly, on daily task, technical and practical applications, while attaining consistency throughout New Equipment Training cycles.• Orchestrated the timely training and execution of more than 300 personnel during Phase I, (Power point), Phase II, Pre Gunnery and Gunnery during NET training with a consistent 98% completion rate.• Mentored and ensured that all 15 contract instructors are completely certified and versed in Operator training, Gunnery task and execution with 100% customer satisfaction on a consistent basis. • Assured that all Instructors provided professional quality training to more than 1,200 personnel on technical operator task and skills training, throughout the NET cycle.

Responsible to mentor and train more than 300 personnel on operator training, hardware and software (ABCS), digital components during New Equipment Training.• Selected to a permanent position as Instructional Design Specialist in attaining a level 8 position while on a 10 man contract instructor team. • Ensured and provided professional training to more than 500 soldiers and personnel on NET operator training course with a 95% completion success rate. • Achieved a 100% success rate, in a mentorship, certification program, of a 12 man contract instructor team to be completely certified to instruct DOD personnel within a 6 month period to meet the company’s objectives.• Developed and coordinated training schedules for train the trainer for more than 45 instructors on platform and hands on training certification prior to operator training courses executed.

Ensured that all Instructors achieved successful results in preparations and execution of certification, and hands on training for all combat platform systems prior to NET training missions.• Achieved the accomplished goal, of totally certified on 3 combat platform systems, with in a 14 month period.• Collaborated and contributed with more than 50 instructors to develop and initiate Instructor/Operator course for Army Battle Command System, combat platforms for long term NET training.• Actively participated in the success of over 500 personnel being properly trained on situational awareness systems, (ABCS), FBCB2 with in a one year period during New Equipment training courses.
