At the very beginning of my work experience, I gravitated toward the customer service industry. At the age of 17 years old, I began working as a cashier at SAVE-A-LOT grocery store in Memphis, Tennessee, until gradation from high school in 2007, then I moved back to my native state and worked at Pizza Hut as a cook and food server from 2007-2008. After mastering my skills as a server in a fast-food setting, I was given an employment opportunity to become a full-time restaurant server at Charcoal Grill & Rotisserie, which I worked from 2008 to 2015. I was promoted as a server train and bartender during my time at this establishment. I love challenging myself and adapting to different work environments, which lead to me resigning from Charcoal Grill & Rotisserie to become a full-time fine dining server at The Courthouse Pub, located in Wisconsin as well. I was employed here from 2013 to 2016, up until I relocated to California in 2016. With my prior experience in the customer service and hospitality industry, I was hired on the spot at Brix at the Shore in Long Beach, California to be a head server and bartender. I was employed there from 2016 to 2020. I spent about a year in a half off to finish up my psychology degree, which I earn last year. I am enthusiastic to apply my knowledge, skillset, and experiences, because I know with all combined and my eagerness to grow and develop new knowledge, will make me an asset for your company.
