Performed a comprehensive engineering study relating to training needs on Serialization packaging technologies (12 software applications and 8 machine types). The study recommended training curricula for the initial training of 7 personnel roles impacted by Serialization, as well as the steady state business process training needs for the 55 manufacturing and distribution sites in scope for the study.

Facilitating the design of a curriculum of training courses in conjunction with multiple SME representatives for a platform solution on the WERUM PAS-X MES technology for multiple Johnson & Johnson sites.

Provided consultancy on the design of online learning for users of the statistical analysis tool STATISTICA (now owned by Dell). Worked with the senior SME at Shire to finalise the curriculum and generate the source material. Carried out the instructional design for the first six courses and project managed the build of that of content for first group of Analysis Users.

Designed in conjunction with vision system vendor a curriculum of two classroom engineering workshops (9 days total) and online learning courses (6 hours) for approx. 2000 personnel at 20 sites. Worked with the chosen vision system vendor to generate source material and project managed the writing and build of online materials for the client.

Developed and delivered two ISA-88/ISA-95 workshops for both Upper Merion and Stevenage sites explaining the concepts and benefits of these two automation standards to groups of IT, Quality, Automation and Process representatives. Also designed and wrote an online course on S95 for ZTLearning.

Carried out learning consultancy on the ERP system used at Genzyme Northboro called SAP Athena. Subsequently designed and wrote a prototype course covering a number of frequent and critical transactions for learners.

Designed two curricula of courses in conjunction with local SMEs for both ABB 800xA and ABB Sattline technologies. Managed both instructional design vendor and software development vendor to produce a total of 4 hours of interactive online content.

Provided consultancy to three Biogen sites (Cambridge, RTP, and Hillerod) to design a curriculum of courses on the EPM Syncade MES technology. Personally wrote the courses and managed the software development team in producing approx. 2.6 hours of online content for the end client. Also designed and delivered courses for two sites (Cambridge and RTP) on the effective use of EPM DeltaV tools.

Oversaw both a writing team and software development team to produce a curriculum of custom basic and advanced courses on the EPM DeltaV DCS technology in both English and French.
