Reporting to the Manager of the Transit Control Center, the Chief Mobile Supervisor role includes: Act as the Emergency Response / Incident Commander (ERC/IC) during emergencies, overseeing and delegating the duties of response personnel, ensuring the safety of employees and passengers, as well as the safe and prompt restoration of service in conjunction with other TTC personnel and outside agencies to minimize service disruptions and lost time.Respond to and investigate incidents that may impact subway, streetcar, and bus operations.Conduct regular audits of TTC equipment, policy and procedure to ensure safety and customer service standards are met and adhered to.Treat passengers and employees with respect and dignity, and ensuring that the needs of passengers or employees with disabilities are accommodated in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC), Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and related orders so they can fully benefit from the TTC as a service -provider and employer.

The Station Supervisor role includes: Acting as a front-line representative of the TTC, providing a high standard of customer service by delivering information and assistance for all areas concerning the TTC. Conducting daily inspections to recognize and report station deficiencies relating to building, equipment, service or cleanliness issues to appropriate sections and departments.Act as the Emergency Response Commander (ERC) during station emergencies, ensuring the safety of employees and passengers, as well as the safe and prompt restoration of service in conjunction with other TTC personnel and outside agencies to minimize service disruptions and lost time.Respond to, investigate and report a variety of TTC incidents, accidents, injuries and other occurrences.Identify, develop and promote strategies to improve the customer experience on the TTC.
