Responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of a robust Finance Function Enterprise Platform. Leading a team of professionals to ensure the Finance Platform meets the strategic objectives of the organization and provides a seamless experience for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.Specific responsibilities:- Stakeholder management & collaboration: Build & maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.- Planning & optimization: Working with key Finance and GBS stakeholders to prioritize & deliver key projects.- Key Finance Transformational Projects have included:1. Order to Cash: Cash Application (High Radius) & Collections (High Radius), Customer Disputes / Deductions (SAP FSCM), Mass Price Refresh (Azure Databricks).2. Purchase to Pay: Invoice Matching / Line-Item Matching (OpenText), One Time Vendor (Coupa), Two Way Matching (OpenText), E-Invoicing (Various – Country / Regional Specific).3. Record to Report: Journal Park & Post (SAP), Balance Sheet Reconciliations (High Radius), Inter Company Transaction Processing, Matching & Settlement.4. Setting up & Migration of GBS centres - Lead the development, configuration, and customization of key enterprise platforms that align with business requirements, with SAP at its core.- SAP ECC 6.0 Global Design & Deployment: 10-year program with 13 Major Releases covering 30+ countries & 150+ Manufacturing Sites (2009 – 2019). High Level & Detailed Global Design with Country Specific localizations. Ensuring the integrity and ongoing Governance of Finance Master-Data.- Manage day to day service operations, including identifying opportunities to enhance usability, optimize ways of working and enhance user experience.- Leading a strong high performing team with clear goals and objectives.

Senior member of Finance Management team, tasked with function planning, design and implementation of Finance best practices, management of Group Finance applications and the provision of accounting support to the Group MIS Function.♦ Directly responsible for the management of 5 people, which included 2 Project Managers | 1 IT Commercial Controller and 2 Finance Application Support staff.♦ Implemented Finance Function planning and completed the design of a new Finance Operating Model covering structure, people, process and IT applications. Responsible for the implementation of cross Divisional Finance projects♦ Performance Measurement: The primary objective of this project has been to i) Document objectives, target metrics and information needs for key roles in the organisation ii) Cascade Group targets to the appropriate persons and iii) Develop a standard reporting framework that meets 90% of the reporting needs♦ Inter-Company matching & Settlement – Web based application used in the matching and agreement of inter-company transactions ♦ Post Investment Analysis – upgrade to existing web based Capital Reporting System to provide a Post Investment analysis by capital project. ♦ Business Controls Reporting – Web based application used in the scoring of key Business and Function internal controls used in the management of risk. ♦ Travel & Entertainment – Roll out of a Group credit card and expense management system
