Malcolm Sparling’s current position as a project manager for MTS Contracting, Inc. and fifteen years experience in the industry includes estimating, bidding, contracting and management of construction projects in the masonry, concrete and waterproofing industry and most recently, firestopping. His involvement includes being integrated in the design and development phases, assisting clients, architects and engineers develop scopes of work and provide valued solutions to the integrated project team. He further provides assistance as a project manager in the implementation of these projects from conception to owner occupancy and continual maintenance.
