In addition to this I was part of Skanska's global digital strategy group, contributing to the overall structure and review process for what will ultimately guide the business digitally to 2025.As Director of BIM & Digital Engineering for Skanska, I had the opportunity to bring together many different areas that, when combined, enabled a significant step forward in commercial, programme, quality, environmental and health & safety performance. I was responsible for leading the strategic direction and application of BIM and all other related digital areas across all Skanska sectors and markets.Beyond the UK I was also the Global BIM Leader for Skanska AB, in that role I was responsible for Skanska's Global BIM Knowledge Hub and furthering the understanding and adoption of BIM across all of Skanska's international markets. For this, i reported directly to Skanska's Senior Executive Team in Sweden.For three years i was responsible for a leading technical consulting business which offered a wide array of professional services to AEC and manufacturing customers. I was most recently developing the Fulcro business and its digital service offering for AEC.I am currently very proud to be working with the Leo Lion Company, a PE business with social purpose. It founded and supports the Leo Lion Foundation, who act on poverty, disability and injustice.
