Having served on several National bodies as a Director and worked as a CEO, Malcolm possesses a blend of experience that provides an understanding of both Director and Senior Executive requirements.He has chaired national bodies and witnessed first-hand the complexities associated with the delivery of national initiatives against the backdrop of individual State needs.As a senior executive for over 10 years, Malcolm has been responsible for the delivery of a range of services including, Marketing, Information Technology, Finance, Strategic and Business Planning, Commercial Development, Human Resource Management, Corporate Counsel and Legal, Communications, Training and Development, and Licensing. A strategic thinker, Malcolm has developed and led the implementation of numerous plans at both a Strategic and Business level. He has unraveled complex issues confronting both Australia and New Zealand and presented relevant Boards with solution based plans and realistic goals.On an international front, Malcolm presented a complex proposal to well known Macau business identity Dr Stanley Ho and in doing so achieved Dr Ho’s support for a multi-million dollar development in SE Queensland.Malcolm has significant experience dealing with organisational change and in 2010 led the seamless amalgamation of three companies into a single entity that generated income of $145 million. He has significant experience in a number of areas and is equally at home in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors.Malcolm’s leadership and communication skills came to the fore during a 2008 disease outbreak in QLD and NSW. His passion resides in the delivery of agreed outcomes through the development and improved performance of people and business.
